We’re seeking an individual for our office in Goshen, NY who is personable, detail oriented, bright and inquisitive, a quick learner and an excellent communicator. The Patient Care Coordinator is the first point of contact for patients.


Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting patients with a smile
  • Answering the phones and taking thorough and accurate messages
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Insurance intake and verification
  • Weekly accounting duties as directed
  • Completing administrative processing/ electronic record keeping
  • Preparing charts for the next day
  • Must be eager to grow and develop with the position


  • Excellent patient-centered service skills
  • Basic computer skills (Gmail, Word, some Excel, etc.)
  • High School diploma or GED – some college preferred
  • Experience working in a healthcare office preferred
  • Resident of Orange County preferred
