Premium hearing care experiences don’t happen through magic, no top hats or rabbits necessary. The mystical element is simply a lot of hard work from our back-office coordinators! The “back office” is our inner sanctum. Elaine Meade is back-office coordinator at our Goshen location. She handles mountains of tasks, including all orders for hearing devices, ear molds, and assistive listening devices. Elaine also schedules appointments and verifies insurance — helping patients get the most out of their benefits. Hailing from Nyack in Rockland County, New York, Elaine now resides in Middletown in Orange County. With 30 years of customer service and medical billing/insurance experience under her belt, Elaine enjoys working with people. Off the
clock, she loves spending time with family. Already a proud grandmother, Elaine is thrilled to have another grandbaby on the way!
