Christopher Herget, Au.D., FAAA

Audiologist

Dr. Christopher Herget was born and raised in Florida, Dr. Herget graduated Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in communication disorders with a minor in film and creative writing. After taking a year off, Dr. Herget left for New England and graduated from the University of Connecticut with a doctorate degree in audiology.

During his time at the University of Connecticut, Dr. Herget worked with some of the top doctors and researchers in the field of audiology, earning him the Tom Giolas, Ph.D., Memorial Scholarship for his hard work. He completed his coursework and clinical rotations at a variety of locations, including ENT offices, Yale Hospital, and multiple private practice settings.

He currently specializes in balance assessments and assists in identifying both acoustic and vestibular pathologies. In his spare time, Dr. Herget is an Adjunct Professor with the St. John’s University Communication Disorders Department. He enjoys watching college football in the fall.
